(you know the gentleman in the circle in the wheel chair) He seems to know everything going on and is always friendly and eager to chat. I think he is happiest when all the kids are in the circle and he can help pump up a tire or just come out for a visit. We know most of our neighbors but I think that is due to hanging out in the circle with the kids or due to having to retrive a stray ball. So, Duke is the guardian, but I'm pretty sure the neighborhood kids are the angels.
